What will you do?

As a Product Engineer at Spotr, you’ll do more than write code. You’ll help shape what we build, why we build it, and how it gets into the hands of our users. You’ll own features from the first sketch to launch, you'll work closely with the founding team, and sometimes even customers and making sure what you build has real impact You’ll be working with a multidisciplinary team specialized in geospatial data, computer vision, and LLMs  turning complex technology into intuitive, user-facing features. One of the exciting challenges ahead: exploring how LLMs can produce deterministic, reliable output in production. You’ll move fast, prototype, test, and iterate. Some days you’ll design a quick experiment to validate a new idea. Others, you’ll scale a system to handle massive datasets of
geospatial data and imagery. Always, you’ll be close to the problem and the people using your work. This is a role for someone who wants to feel like a co-founder, not just an executor.

What you'll build
  • Work across the stack: from intuitive frontends to robust backend systems
  • Prototype and launch features quickly, validating them with real users
  • Collaborate closely with product and a multidisciplinary tech team to define what to build, not just how
  • Build data visualization tools that make geospatial and AI-generated insights actionable
  • Design and integrate APIs and microservices that connect our platform to the wider property ecosystem
  • Work with modern architectures, including an event-driven system, to build scalable, resilient services
  • Own projects end-to-end: idea - prototype - production - iteration based on feedback
  • Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed and scalability to maximize user impact
